SERVICE UPDATE
Following the storm at the weekend, we have been left without any Telephone or Fibre lines due to trees falling and braking the lines.
This situation has been compounded by the fact that the local mobile masts have also been taken out of action by storm damage. Whilst we are working and dispatching all order placed, we are not able to send e mails or receive phone calls.
If you need to contact us please e mail sales@simplyribbons.com as we will access this mailbox remotely twice a day from a remote location and will endeavour to answer your e mails as quickly as we can. However please bear in mind it might take up to 24hrs to get back to you.
If you are checking on the status of an order please be assured that all orders are being set out as normal, if there are any issues with your order we will contact you when we travel to check in with the e mails. During this period of time tracking numbers and dispatch e mails will not be sent out as normal for obvious reasons.
